Design and scope

Updating old vs Designing an Oasis

If your bathroom is dated and requires a new look, you might want to consider replacing the tiles, bathroom vanities, shower door, and plumbing fixtures. It doesn’t always require major changes to get a fresh look to a highly trafficked area.

Or, maybe you want to walk into your own personal spa every morning and night. Achieving that dream bathroom doesn’t have to be just a dream anymore, but unlike your average bathroom remodel, you would need to have the right professionals around you.

A spa bathroom typically requires a special digital plumbing fixture, improved tile technique installation, different glass size and experienced construction knowledge.

time and Cost

How much is it going to cost, and how long will it take??

The amount of time needed to complete a bathroom remodel depends largely on the size of the space, complexity of plumbing elements and the scope of the work.  Bathroom remodeling takes between two weeks for a simple “pull and replace”, to 3 months for a custom spa with many plumbing elements such as steam room, sauna, body sprayers and many more. Permitting also plays a major factor.

There are many variables, when it comes to the cost of the remodel. A guest bathroom not requiring walls removed or drains moved can be a couple thousand dollars. If you are wanting to turn a small unused bedroom into a full walk in spa with heated floors, 15 spray heads, and a 72” soaker tub; add on marble floors, the price moves up accordingly. The average full spa makeover is $20,000

living through the remodel

Expectations set, and exceeded

Yes, you can live in your home during a bathroom renovation. That is if you have another full bath of course. Nxt Lvl will work to minimize disruption during construction and will ensure your home remains safe and livable throughout the duration of your project. Although living in a construction zone is never a fun thing to do, your budget and time frame will dictate your yes or no for this matter. As we roll in to larger projects and if the bathroom is only one part of your upcoming project, we would advise taking a temporary living option under your thought process.
